  • Our center is a central node in international knowledge networks and think tank to support European and national research, technology and innovation policy.
  • As part of our international and interdisciplinary team of experts, you will deal with strategic foresight at the intersection of new technology and social change.
Engage
  • You will use your theoretical and practical knowledge to work out solutions to various problems by using quantitative, qualitative and participatory methods of strategic foresight.
  • You will develop future scenarios, mission-statements and forward-looking recommendations and will communicate them for policy and society in a catchy form, both verbally and visually.
  • As part of our team, you will work closely with decision-makers on national and international research and advisory projects.
  • You will publish your research results in scientific forums and journals.
Achieve
  • You will develop methods of strategic foresight and adapt them to the needs of European and national policy audiences.
  • Through your expertise, you will distinguish yourself on selected future issues of social and technological change.
  • Your work will play a significant role in in making future societal challenges to be understood.
Your qualification as an Ingenious Partner:
  • Social science or multidisciplinary degree, preferably PhD and/or specialized in the Strategic Foresight field & Future Studies
  • First postgraduate experience in the preparation and implementation of strategic foresight and policy advisory processes
  • Technical expertise in selected future technologies and topics
  • Very good organizational and communication skills, team-player and a high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent English and German skills, both in spoken and written

What to expect:
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is 44.478,--. The actual salary will be determined individually, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer company benefits, flexible working conditions, individual training and career opportunities.
