We work project-based and in international, multidisciplinary teams and focus on the development of innovative solutions for our research projects. Within these projects we offer bachelor's and master's theses - For this, you can either choose a concrete topic from our list, or you can come up with a suggestion.

Unsolicited Application for Bachelor- and Master-Thesis
Depending on the topic and on the project, your tasks within your student research project would imply:
- Carrying out literature searches
- Development of prototypes
- Planning and execution of laboratory studies
- Simulations and development of evaluation methods
- Investigations, data evaluation and data analysis
- Development of optimization potentials, creative solutions and improvement approaches
- If applicable, publication in scientific journals
- You will gain insight into the applied research working environment, you will share views with our scientists and will get to know new processes and technological developments.
- You will support our researchers in their research projects.
- You will gain experience in an international group of scientists and build up your professional network.
Your qualifications as an Ingenious Partner:
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor- or master programme
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovation processes
- You rejoice in application-oriented problems for industry
- Curiosity to find solutions for the demanding infrastructure challenges of the future
- High commitment and ability to work both independently and in teams
- Good communications skills
- Very good German and/or English skills
What to expect:
Remuneration and conditions (number of hours per week) are based on the current collective agreement and depend on the type of the research project (bachelor's or master's thesis). In addition to numerous benefits, you will also be part of our international YOUNG AIT Group. As a research institution, we are very familiar with the supervision and execution of scientific work and look forward to accompanying you on your bachelor's or master's thesis.
